The Keitt Mango is a large-sized mango, similar to the Haden variety. Although they are fully ripe when green, the flesh of the Keitt will be soft to the touch. The Keitt is left on the tree longer than other varieties, producing a very sweet fruit. They are less fibrous than most mango varieties, resulting in a creamier texture. Add Keitt Mango slices to salads or use in salsas, smoothies, sorbets, sauces and poultry and fish dishes, and of course they are exceptional when simply eaten out of hand.
